I am very excited that you have decided to check out our many volunteer opportunities at Adobe Bluffs! As the Volunteer Coordinator for the PTA it is my responsibility to help find volunteers and get them to the program or task that best suits them. My job is a lot of fun and I can only hope that spending time volunteering is fun for you too! All the time you spend volunteering at Adobe Bluffs is greatly appreciated, and makes a huge impact on our school. When your children see you volunteer they see you taking an interest in their school and education, it shows them that volunteering is important, and according to several scholarly studies when you volunteer it also decreases absenteeism.
Below you will find a link for a volunteer survey. Please fill it out so we can find a program that is the best fit for you. There are many tasks that can be done at school or at home. At the bottom of this page is a list of programs and the volunteers currently chairing them. You can email the chair directly for more information or you can email me at abesvolunteers@gmail.com.
